A technician account can be associated only to one tablet/device at once.
Causes of error message:
- You are trying to login into Sindri Mobile App from a different device/tablet
- SINDRI Mobile App has been uninstalled without signing out from it, and afterwards application was installed again
Solution:
If the following message is displayed when you try to login into Sindri Mobile App: "Your account is linked to a mobile device" please contact either your Customer Licence Manager or Service Desk Support to dissociate your account from mobile device/tablet using KB article: SINDRI Web Portal: How can I remove device association if I am a Customer Licence Manager?.
