Only Customer Licence manager is allowed to terminate SINDRI licences.
SINDRI licences are annual subscriptions which include automatic renewal every year. Licences may be terminated via contact form 30 days before the annual licence expiry date (in accordance with the applicable termination period as stated in terms and conditions). Licences can be terminated individually.
A notification about licence expiring will be sent out 60 days prior the licence/es expiry date.
If licences are not terminated in time, the applicable licence fees for the following licence term will be charged to the Customer in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
