In order to login into Sindri Mobile App, a technician account can be associated only to one mobile device/tablet at once.
If the error message "Your account is linked to a mobile device" is displayed during attempting to sign in to Mobile App by technician, mobile device should be disassociated from technician account in SINDRI Web portal.
Causes of error message:
- Technician is trying to login into Sindri Mobile App from a different device/tablet
- SINDRI Mobile App has been uninstalled without singing out from it, and afterwards application was installed again on the same or on a new tablet device.
Solution:
Note: Option ‘’Disassociate mobile device’’ will be available only in case that technician already signed in successfully into the app.
Dissociate the device from technician account by following steps below:
1. Open Licence Overview page and press See more details
2. Scroll down and find the technician account in the list
- Press ‘Disassociate mobile device option.
- Confirm via OK. After that, technician will be able to login into the mobile app.
- You can use ‘’Select all/Dissociate selected mobile device’’ options for mobile device disassociation for more technicians at once.
