SINDRI Mobile App: Why I cannot read or clear DTCs?

If any faults are detected during the vehicle scan, they will be presented upon scan completion.

You can use “Refresh” and “Delete” buttons in the left menu to start a new “DTC read” request or to clear the DTCs.

If you are unable to read/ clear DTCs please check that all preconditions for clearing/refreshing DTCs are fulfilled and start new request.

Preconditions:

• Successful communication with the vehicle (VCI connected)
• Ignition cycled
• Engine not running
