Customer Licence Manager (CLM) is the manager of SINDRI Mobile App users (technicians) accounts in your company. After purchasing SINDRI, CLM will receive a username and a temporary password for login into Web Portal, via e-mail. Open Web Portal here and press ‘’LOGIN’’.
- Temporary password needed for the first sign-in cannot be reset. In case you have lost your temporary password, and you are not able to connect to Sindri Web Portal, please contact Service Desk Support.
- Temporary credentials for first login are available 90 days!
How to request a new password in Sindri Web Portal?
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it after the first login:
1. Select the “Forgot your password?” option. The temporary password provided for your first login cannot be changed here.
2. Enter your username and send request to reset your password. You will receive a reset code by e-mail, which you must then enter into the dialogue box.
3. Enter the reset code, create a new password and then confirm by pressing “Change Password”. All rules for password creation are displayed on the change password screen and must be fulfilled. For future signing in use new password.
