If you want to allocate the licence to new technician you shall remove allocation from existing technician account and re-allocate the licence to new technician account.
You can remove licence allocation from a technician account by following the next steps:
- Login into Sindri We portal sindri.portal (continental.cloud)
- On the 'Licence Overview' page press ‘See more details’.
- Scroll down, find the licence in the list
- press ‘’Deallocate the technician’’ option and confirm via ‘’OK’’.
- After that, the licence will be available again and you can allocate it to another technician by using ‘’Allocate technician’’ option above the list, or icon for allocation per licence
- You can use ‘’Select all/Deallocate selected licences’’ options for deallocating more licences at once.
