Please follow the steps below:
- Login into Sindri Web Portal (sindri.portal (continental.cloud) using your user name and password for Customer Licence Manager account (that you received from us via e-mail)
- Go to Licence Management page
- Select the licence you want to allocate to the technician account
- You can either:
- (a) Press See more details and then ‘Allocate Technician’ option.
- (b) Press the Add Technician button
- You can assign:

An existing technician that is not allocate to another licence (the technician account has been already created in User management page)
- press on the dropdown list from the left side and search the technician's name in the technician list
- Click ALLOCATE LICENCE or
-
Create a new technician (the technician account has not been created in User management page)
- enter full name / last name / email address /language
- Click CREATE AND ALLOCATE
- Technician will receive an email on the registered email address with a temporary password and he will be able to connect to Sindri Mobile App.

An existing technician that is not allocate to another licence (the technician account has been already created in User management page)
6. A pop-up message will appear. Click OK
Possible error 1:
- A Technician account can be only allocated to one Valid Licence at the time.
- If the technician is already allocated to a Valid licence, you will see the following error message:
Possible error 2:
- The same E-mail address cannot be used for more than 1 account (Customer Licence Manager and technician account must have a different email address).
- If the e-mail address is already used for CLM account, you will see the following error message:
