To be able to login into Sindri Mobile App, technician account must be allocated to the valid licence.
If you get the message “Your account has been cancelled. Please contact your account administrator.” while you are using the application, you will automatically be signed out of the application.
If you sign out before account cancellation, you will get the same message on the next sign in attempt.
Causes or error message:
The licence your technician account were allocated to, has been cancelled/expired.
Solution:
In order to be able to use the application again, please contact your Customer Licence Manager to check the status of your account and allocated licence using KB article: Web Portal: How a Customer Licence Manager can check if a technician has a valid licence allocated?
