SINDRI Mobile App: Error message - "Failed to sign-out" is displayed?

Sindri Mobile App requires Internet Connection in order to logout.

If error message "Failed to sign-out" is displayed and you cannot logout from Sindri Mobile App possible cause is:

• Internet connection is disabled

Solution:

1. If you are not allowed to logout from the application, make sure Internet Connection is enabled
   and try again. Enable/disable and then enable again the Internet Connection.
2. If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk Support.
