Sindri Mobile App requires Internet Connection in order to logout.
If error message "Failed to sign-out" is displayed and you cannot logout from Sindri Mobile App possible cause is:
- Internet connection is disabled
Solution:
- If you are not allowed to logout from the application, make sure Internet Connection is enabled
and try again. Enable/disable and then enable again the Internet Connection. - If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk Support.
