If the message “SINDRI has detected a problem and needs to sign out. Please contact the support desk.” is displayed, you will not be allowed to login into the App anymore and you need to ensure system time on your mobile device is set correctly.
Cause of error message:
- System time (day/hour) on your mobile is not set correctly.
Solution:
- Check and correct the system time on your mobile device.
- Restart the application afterwards.
- If the issue persists please contact Service Desk Support
