If you are unable to add new photos into the "Additional Information" page or "Checklist" , while running a Vehicle Scan in Sindri Mobile App, note that you are allowed to add in a single job :
- Up to 10 notes in "Additional Information". Each note can contain either a photo / a comment or both.
- And maximum 4 photos per checklist item
The Supported file types are: jpg, png and gif.
Solution:
- If the limit for number of photos has been reached (maximum 10 photos (notes) in “Additional Information” and maximum 4 photos per checklist item) please delete a photo in order to be able to add a new one.
2. If the limit (step 1) is not reached please check permissions on your mobile device.
The application will request a permission and if the permission was previously declined, you must allow the application to access the photos in the mobile device settings. In order to allow Sindri Mobile App to access photos please return to your mobile device Settings and allow Sindri Mobile App to access camera and photos.
If the issue persists, please contact the Service desk support.
