Please fallow steps below:
- Login into Sindri Web Portal (sindri.portal (continental.cloud) using your user name and password for Customer Licence Manager account (that you received from us via e-mail)

Go to User Management page

Click on Add a technician button

Fill in the information required (first name, last name, e-mail address, company and language of communication) and click Create

A pop-up message will appear. Click OK

In this case, the technician account is only created but not assigned to any licence.
- Once the account is created, technician will receive an email on the registered email address with a temporary password which allows to login into Sindri Mobile App. !!!Note - Temporary credentials for first login are available 90 days .

Important Note:
The same E-mail address cannot be used for more than 1 account (CLM account and technician account must have a different email address). If the E-mail address has already been used for another account (technician or CLM) then the following error will appear:
