New version of checklist can be created only for checklist in status ''Active''.
Active checklists (published and allowed in the Mobile App) CANNOT be edited. If you want to edit active checklist you can only create a new version of the checklist.
How to create New Version Checklist?
- Login into Sindri Web Portal (sindri.portal (continental.cloud) using your user name and password for Customer Licence Manager account (that you received from us via e-mail)
- Open the Checklist Management page
- Search the Checklist by Name or Status
- Press on Create and Save a new Version Checklist
- New page will open and you can edit the content (Header/Item fields)
- Once changes were performed - press one of the save actions available.
The New Version of Checklist can be saved:
- In ''Draft'' status by pressing SAVE. You can save it and continue editing later. As long as the new version is in the ''Draft'' status, it can be edited. Checklist will not be available in Sindri Mobile App.
- In ''Active'' status by pressing SAVE AND ACTIVATE. New version will automatically replace previous version of active checklist in Mobile App and SINDRI Webportal (previous version will be automatically removed from Checklist page and the status of pervious one is automatically changed to ''Inactive'').
