You can create and manage one or more your customized digital checklists via SINDRI Web Portal and use them in the Mobile App.
There are three statues of Checklists:
- Active Checklist - is visible in mobile app
- Draft Checklist - is not visible in mobile app
- Inactive Checklist - is not visible in mobile app and it is created when you don't want to use anymore and deactivate active checklist
How to create New Checklist?
- Login into Sindri Web Portal (sindri.portal (continental.cloud) using your user name and password for Customer Licence Manager account (that you received from us via e-mail)
- Open Checklist Management page
- Press on Create a Checklist button
4. New window will be opened. In order to create new checklist the following options must be filled in:

- Checklist name (the name will be displayed in Mobile App)
- Type - only regular available
- Language - select the language from the dropdown list (English, German or French)
5. Create the content of the checklist by fulfilling Headers and Items (according to rules below)
6. Press either:

- Save and activate - to make checklist available in Mobile App
- Save - to save checklist as draft (not visible in Mobile App)
Rules to create Headers and Items (example of a checklist):

Add Header/s
- Define Header name
- Select a Checkbox type: ''Yes/No'' or ''OK/Not OK/Fixed'' - Selected type of checkboxes will be shown per items within the header group.
- If you select ‘’Yes/No’’ => checkboxes ‘’yes’’ and ‘’no’’ will be displayed per items in header group.
- If you select ‘’OK/Not OK’’ => checkboxes ‘’OK’’ and ‘’Not OK’’ and field ‘’fixed’’ will be automatically displayed per each item in the header group.
- Order of headers (with all items included) can be changed - press ‘’Drag and move’’ icon on left side to change order of headers (1)
- If needed, Header can be deleted by pressing the Delete option (2)
- It is mandatory to add an Item, otherwise Checklist cannot be Saved

Add Item/s
- Define an Item name
- Select an item type in the dropdown list:
- ''Checkbox fields only'' – includes only ''OK/not OK'' or ''Yes/No'' checkboxes per item,
- ''Checkboxes and comment/photo field'' – includes checkboxes, comment and photo per item,
- ''Comment/photo field only''-includes only comment and photo per item
- ''Item name only'' - Includes only name of item without any input fields
- Order of items can be changed - press ‘’Drag and move’’ icon on left side to change order of items in header (3)
- Subsection of items can be created - press ‘’Ident row’’ icon on left side to create subsection of items. (4)
- If needed, Item can be deleted pressing the Delete option (5)
