"Restricted Mode'' message can be displayed on Sindri Mobile App upon log in in two cases:
- The Licence your technician account is associated to is expired
- No connection to the server in the last 30 days (Mobile App is used in offline mode for 30 days)
Solution:
- The Licence your technician account is associated to is expired
- Login into Sindri Mobile App using your technician credentials
- Open the "Accounts" page (Settings Menu) and check the account status (check the expiration date of the licence)

If your account does not get renewed before expiry date, the application will enter “restricted mode” once your account expires. You should be allowed either to create 5 additional jobs or to use the App for 5 additional days before your account gets fully restricted. After this no scan vehicle or checklist feature will be available. You will only be allowed to view PDF reports for jobs in the job list.

2. No connection to the server in the last 30 days.
- Sindri Mobile App requires connection to the server to allow completed jobs to be synchronized
- You are allowed to use Sindri Mobile App 30 days without connection to the server (in offline mode) and after that you will entered in the "Restricted Mode"
- If no connection to the server (connection to Internet) was done in the last 30 days you should be allowed either to create 5 additional jobs or to use the App for 5 additional days before your account gets fully restricted. After this no scan vehicle or checklist feature will be available.
You will only be allowed to view PDF reports for jobs in the job list.
